Resetting Passwords on the Wildfire Solution (WFS) Platform

Access issues on the OroraTech Wildfire Solution (WFS) platform are commonly due to forgotten or incorrect login credentials. This guide provides a straightforward approach to resetting your password.

Step 1: Verify Credentials

If you encounter an "Invalid Credentials" label on the login page (see example below), it may indicate an error in your username or password. Double-check both fields for any typos or extra spaces before proceeding.

Step 2 : Use the “Forgot Password” Feature

If you've verified your information and still cannot log in:

  • Click on the "Forgot Password" link located below the password entry field.
  • This will prompt you to enter the email address associated with your WFS account.
  • Follow the instructions sent to your email to complete the password reset.
